Subject Matter: Sit in diamond shape on the floor. Stretch to the side for counts, come up for five counts, stretch to opposite side for five counts, come up for five counts. Circle around to the right side for ten counts, repeat to opposite side for ten counts. Repeat the whole combination again in half time.
Objectives: Start warming up the body by using repetitive movement to warm up the joints.
