Subject Matter: Execute warm up from week one on right and left side. Repeat in half time. Students will then extend legs forward in a parallel position, stretch forward for 8 counts, then slowly move to the floor, laying on the back in an "X" shape, taking 8 counts. Students initiate a body half on the right side, bending the right arm and leg for 4 counts, then returning to neutral position. Repeat on left side,
Objectives: Students will execute movement that will warm up their arms, torsos, and lower extremities by stretching laterally.

Subject Matter: Students will travel across the floor executing leg swings with a pirouette and jumps. Students begin with a triplet on the right leg and swing back to front in five counts, repeat on left leg and again on right for a total of three times. On the third time, prepare in fourth position with right leg behind, turn in a right pirouette, coupe position on flat. Extend right leg out into an arabesque sote, arms behind, then passe sote, arms in fifth high.
Objectives: Students will practice leg swings from the first lesson, as well as incorporating a turn and jumps.
